Tampa General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Med Surg unit to oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.

The role partners with physicians and department leaders to optimize patient flow, mentoring nurses and enforcing hospital policies to sustain standards of safety and excellence. The coordinator will monitor workloads, adjust schedules, manage supplies, and guide staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license with Florida or Compact State registration.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience.
