Qualifikationen

• RN licensure required in Florida
• 2-3 years of Med Surg experience preferred
• BLS or ACLS certification within 30 days of start

• Assist with admission and discharge planning to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor quality and coordinate nursing care.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance development to sustain productivity.
• Contribute to inventory control and equipment management as needed.
