Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing personnel and participate in applicant interviews.
• Assist in staffing patterns and utilization; monitor staffing levels.
• Coordinate staff meetings and inter-shift communication.
• Educate staff and facilitate in-service programs; serve as a resource to departments.
• Participate in quality assurance, discharge planning, and problem solving across shifts.
