Job summary

Evergreen Med Spa & Wellness in San Jose is seeking a friendly, motivated sales professional who loves helping clients look and feel their best—and who wants to grow with a close-knit team.

As a nonexempt, 32-hour work week, you will build relationships, promote memberships and skincare products, respond to leads, and collaborate with the owner, nurses and estheticians to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience; aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or luxury wellness experience preferred.
• Warm, personable communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• Overseeing general office management, including supply procurement and facility upkeep.
• Confidence in presenting premium packages and closing sales in a respectful, client-first way.

Evergreen Med Spa & Wellness is a growing med spa in beautiful Evergreen Village Square. We’re looking for a friendly, motivated sales professional who loves helping clients look and feel their best—and who wants to grow with a close-knit team.

What You’ll Do

• Build genuine relationships with clients, understand their beauty and wellness goals, and recommend services that best meet their needs.
• Promote aesthetic treatments, memberships, packages, and skincare products to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries via phone, text, and email to convert interest into booked consultations and appointments.
• Proactively follow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage repeat visits, increase bookings, and strengthen customer retention.
• Manage social media marketing efforts to promote services, attract new clients, and support business growth.
• Conduct non-clinical sales consultations and explain treatment plans recommended by licensed providers.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional treatments, services, and packages based on clients' goals.
• Develop sales strategies, track leads and conversion rates, and work toward monthly revenue goals.
• Oversee daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures, appointment scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
• Ensure the spa is clean, organized, fully stocked, and welcoming, with everything needed for smooth daily operations.
• Work closely with the owner, nurses, and estheticians to deliver exceptional customer service and positive client experience.
• Help foster a supportive, team-oriented environment and play an important role in the continued growth and success of the med spa.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of sales experience; aesthetics, beauty, skincare, or luxury wellness experience preferred.
• Warm, personable communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• Overseeing general office management, including supply procurement and facility upkeep.
• Confidence in presenting premium packages and closing sales in a respectful, client-first way.
• Dependability, organization, initiative, and a team-oriented attitude.
• Experience with CRM systems and client follow-up is a plus.
• Knowledge of Botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, and skincare is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
