Job summary

Genesis Lifestyle Medicine is seeking an experienced Patient Care Advisor to lead our esthetic and anti-aging sales efforts. You will conduct consultations, match clients with Genesis services, and drive revenue through upsell and reactivation strategies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience in med spa, luxury retail, or similar setting.
• Familiarity with esthetic treatment sales and outreach strategies.
• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 5 years directly relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales by scheduling appointments with warm leads and conducting initial consultations to identify concerns and outcomes.
• Close sales by building rapport, explaining capabilities, overcoming objections and negotiating packages.
• Expand sales through upselling, cross selling, and introducing new products and services.
• Nurture client relationships with ongoing outreach to reactivate past clients and drive repeat business.
• Stay informed on industry trends and position products effectively; recommend improvements.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed to ensure a positive patient experience.
