• Prefer one year supervisory experience in a health related field.
• Ability to perform calculations for budgeting and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care services align with Federal and State policies.
• Verify daily medication passes with other medication technicians.
• Audit MARs and resident charts for compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain med room compliance, logs, and backup processes.
• Train new medication technicians and retrain current staff as needed.
• Promote safety and coordinate fire and safety procedures as required.
