Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC. This fully remote role offers the chance to work on high‑stakes matters with an anticipated duration of 6+ months.

Qualified candidates hold a JD and active bar membership, with proven experience in complex litigation, strong research and drafting skills, and familiarity with eDiscovery platforms like Relativity. No plaintiff experience is permitted.

Qualifications

Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Complex Litigation Attorney to provide trial support for a boutique litigation firm based in Washington, DC.

• This is a fully remote role
• The anticipated duration is 6+ months
• The position will offer the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-stakes matters

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters
• Strong background in legal research, writing, and drafting of substantive legal documents
• Experience utilizing Relativity or comparable eDiscovery platforms
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• No plaintiff experience permitted

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience at an Am Law 200 firm preferred.
• Antitrust litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Product liability litigation experience is a plus.
• Experience serving as an Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) is highly desirable.
• Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
