Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering required; mechanical preferred.
• 0–3 years of engineering experience, medical devices preferred.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD; injection mold design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for design and development of products.
• Support cost improvement, manufacturing, quality, and supply continuity.
• Participate in hands-on cross-functional project work and cost-reducing concepts.
• Understand customer needs via competitive analysis, prototypes, and studies.
• Translate needs into engineering requirements for product, packaging and process specs.
• Develop and execute test methods and data analysis.
• Write technical reports for design verification and changes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety regulations and client policies.
