Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Level 1 Med Aide (L1MA) or Certified Med Tech (CMT) at South Central Correctional Center in Missouri. Responsibilities include administering medications and documenting effectiveness; shift diff applies, with opportunities for growth within a licensed facility.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 1 Medication Aide or CMT credential, plus insulin certification, CNA/MO registry status, and a willingness to complete training as needed. Background check required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Level 1 Medication Aide certification & insulin certification.
• CMT requires CNA and insulin certification in MO registry.
• Background check and security clearance required.
• 1 year of acute care or correctional setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as prescribed and documents effectiveness.
• Monitors for adverse actions or side effects.
• Maintains TB documentation and CPR/AED certification.
• Completes required internal training and keeps records up to date.
• Supports patient care within correctional health services.
