Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated CNA with active Texas CNA and Texas Medication Aide certifications to join our care team on day shift in Palestine, TX. The role includes med administration, vital signs, and resident support on-site.

Applicants must maintain current Texas certifications and be prepared for 12-hour shifts with every other weekend off, plus shift bonuses for extra shifts. Join a compassionate team focused on excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid Texas CNA certification in good standing.
• Must have current Texas Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records details of administration.
• Presents medication and observes ingestion or applies medication per procedures.
• Monitors vital signs and reports adverse reactions to designated personnel.
• Takes temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration as directed.
• Responds to signal lights or intercom to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Shift: Day

Every other weekend off 12-hr shifts 7a-7p

Shift Bonus available for picking up extra shifts.

Will assist on floor as C.N.A.

Must have current TX certification for both Med Aide and Nurse Aide

Responsibilities

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage and time of administration on specified forms or records.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
