Job summary

Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is seeking a dependable PM Med Aide/Caregiver to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily care needs and safely administer medications according to the MAR, while following the Five Rights and care plans.

Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm; part-time and full-time positions available. Responsibilities include documenting medications, responding to call lights, and ensuring accurate storage and security of medications.

Qualifications

• Trained Medication Aide or other medication certifications is preferred.
• Experience with medication administration will be extremely helpful.
• Organized individual with attention to detail.
• Careful, methodical, and efficient.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents and staff.
• Team player who has a passion for elder care and adapts quickly to changing situations.

Responsibilities
