Job summary

Client Solution Architects seeks a MECM Enterprise Technician to support a Navy client onsite in Pensacola, FL. The role focuses on monitoring and maintaining enterprise compliance patching, security configuration, and vulnerability assessment with DoD hardening in mind.

You will collaborate with owners, managers, and DBAs to roll out security updates and image deployments. This position requires an Interim Secret Clearance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with MECM and EvalSTIG
• General experience: Electronic Documentation, System Administration, Network Administration, Database Administration
• Security+ or equivalent bachelors degree
• Ability to configure systems and hardware for compliance standards
• Ability to interpret technical assessments and communicate security issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot to diagnose common system problems and document events for continuous functionality in a hardened state
• Coordinate with application owners, program managers, and DBAs to initiate corrective actions and test security updates, image deployment, and patch management
• Assist customers with monitoring and performance management, using tools to automate patching and compliance
• Identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network and maintain security posture
• Translate metrics into information and communicate their meaning and system state
• Gain experience in compliance remediation and patch management to ensure DoD hardening compliance
