Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Westborough, MA is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support engineering teams in developing manufacturing test processes. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, a technical degree, and experience in quality control and testing procedures. This role requires local travel and hands-on involvement in test solutions for electromechanical products.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar technical role preferred.
- Certification in electronics or related field is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with hands-on technical work.
Responsibilities
- Support an Engineer developing a manufacturing test process for Mechatronics machines.
- Aid to create and integrate the test solutions before shipment to a contract manufacturer.
- Travel to local suppliers for custom test panels for acceptance testing.
Skills
Basic mechanical aptitude for test system installation and assembly
Proficiency in electrical wiring, routing, and connections
Experience in electrical system troubleshooting and debugging
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system startup
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Experience with quality control and testing procedures
Education
Technical degree or equivalent experience in electronics/mechanical field
