Job summary

Janicki Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mechatronics Technician in Bellingham, WA. You will repair and maintain complex automated systems, including CNC machines and PLCs, and contribute to electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

Strong hands-on problem solving and NX CATIA/Unigraphics familiarity are expected. Role requires the ability to interpret blueprints, apply NC programming basics, and participate in preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a manufacturing/technical field or similar.
• Familiar with SAP; Catia and/or Unigraphics a plus; NX CAD skills required.
• Understanding of CNC processes, CAM, tooling and fixturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of CNC machines with troubleshooting focus.
• Install, write logic, and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Apply NC programming knowledge for machine operations.
• Read blueprints and electrical drawings for installations.
• Develop and follow preventive maintenance plans.
