Phoenix Contact is seeking a Mechatronics Technician I to support production performance and equipment management. The role focuses on electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems with collaboration across engineering and quality to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

The position requires an associate degree or 1–3 years of experience in a related field, with AutoCAD knowledge and a willingness to work in a production environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports production performance and resources.
• Monitors and analyzes equipment performance for optimization.
• Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinates improvements with build and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Designs tooling drawings in AutoCAD as needed and coordinates purchases.
• Performs machine qualification testing and documents results.
• Maintains spare parts lists and supports equipment needs.
• Executes preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Provides technical support to manufacturing personnel.
• Understands material flow and planning strategies.
• Follows PPE, ISO standards, and company procedures.
• Utilizes quality tools and continuous improvement to meet targets.
