With over 40 years of experience, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) creates all of KLA's metrology and inspection products, supporting chipmakers globally. The Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division provides metrology solutions for semiconductor IC manufacturers, including hardware and software for optical film thickness, critical dimension, composition, and resistivity measurements. This division supports customers from R&D to high-volume manufacturing across US, Israel, China, and India.

Our multidisciplinary team develops metrology equipment to meet challenging industry requirements.
PhD with 1+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, preferably in semiconductor product development. Alternatively, a Doctorate or equivalent experience in robotics, control systems, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
Base Pay Range: $114,100 - $194,000. Our total rewards include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, tuition reimbursement, and more. Pay ranges are role, level, and location-dependent, and we comply with all applicable wage laws.
