Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

The role requires 2+ years in MHE/automation, reading blueprints/electrical schematics, and CMMS proficiency. A safe, collaborative environment and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years repair experience on material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive & preventive maintenance.
• 1+ years reading electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on MHE.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts data.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow skills.
• Maintain positive relationships across Operations facility.
