Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronic & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment across the site.

Key duties include safety-first maintenance, proactive troubleshooting, and documenting work orders. This role requires 2+ years in MHE repair, plus CMMS and MS Office proficiency, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office tools.
• Ability to work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures to promote a safe workplace.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE.
• Create and close work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians and maintain cross-functional communication.
