Job summary

JLL is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the building. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment and mentor junior technicians in their growth.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and hands-on work with conveyors, robotics, and control systems, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
2+ years of experience repairing material handling equipment.
2+ years of experience with preventative and predictive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Maintain a positive working relationship across all the Operations facility.
Track and store department inventory.
Move up to 49lbs and stand for shifts up to 12 hours, with/without accommodation.
Possible travel up to 20%.
