Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in a large warehouse environment. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated packaging/distribution equipment across the building.

The role requires hands-on experience with MHE, diagnostic skills, and ability to follow preventive maintenance procedures. You’ll document work orders and mentor junior technicians in a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ year reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ year knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, maintenance, and parts data.
• Mentor junior technicians.
