Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician to support the maintenance and operation of building systems inside a client facility. You will repair, maintain, and improve material handling equipment and robotic systems across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred in mechanical or electrical field.
• 1 year of related experience or training in mechatronics or robotics.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office; able to use CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, belts, motors, relays, and more.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
