Job summary

C&W Services, a Cushman & Wakefield company, is hiring a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Fremont, CA. You will support maintenance on material handling and automation equipment, install and repair packaging systems, and ensure safe, reliable operation across our facility.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, documenting labor and parts, and mentoring junior technicians while collaborating with the Operations team. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years predictive and preventative maintenance experience.
• 1+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 1+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• Experience with CMMS and documenting work orders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project; able to manage docs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE equipment.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles.
• Maintain positive relationships across the facility.
