Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility. You will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities include safety, preventive maintenance, documentation, mentorship of junior technicians, and cross-location coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of repair experience with material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years of preventative and predictive maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of reading electrical schematics.
• 1+ years of knowledge in electrical principles.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance with proper documentation and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues on MHE.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts, track inventory.
