Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield's C&W Services is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice to learn to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, computer, and control systems in a distribution center through classroom, lab, and on-the-job learning.

Participants will train at selected colleges and receive travel support; after completion, graduates advance to MRT. The program emphasizes safety and hands-on gear in a modern fulfillment setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to enroll in and attend a 9-week training at one of four colleges.
• Able to complete one year of On-the-Job Learning after training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety processes at school and on the shop floor.
• Perform scheduled, predictive, and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze technical specifications of mechatronic systems.
• Learn PLCs and work with Automation Engineers.
• Communicate effectively within a team environment.
