Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mechatronics Junior Technician Apprentice to learn and perform the job of a mechatronics technician within a Fulfilment/Distribution Center. You will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electronic, mechanical, computer, and control systems under supervision while following all safety policies.

You will train at multiple sites, shadow experienced technicians, and gain hands-on experience with PLCs and robotics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Mechanical Aptitude Test.
• Willing to travel to training sites for 12 weeks.
• Basic computer skills (e-mail, word processing, reading spreadsheets, internet).
• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows school and shop floor work processes to ensure safety and learning.
• Shadowing and learning from experienced technicians in PLCs and robotics.
• Performing and documenting routine maintenance and troubleshooting under supervision.
