Qualifications
- Technical training and certification.
- Mechatronics Certification milestones: Mechanical Drives II, Electrical Drives & Controls, PLCs.
- 12+ months in Maintenance Tech Level 1.
- Experience in troubleshooting electronics.
- Ability to train other technicians.
- Robotics programming & troubleshooting.
- Own tools up to 1” sockets and 25mm.
- Digital multimeter required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical circuits.
- Troubleshoot and repair electric motors and drives.
- Repair or replace hydraulic pumps, valves and solenoids.
- Weld damaged equipment and fabricate where needed.
- Follow lock out tag out procedures.
- Complete work orders via CMMS to 75% utilization.
- Program and manipulate robots.
- Train others in the listed disciplines.
