Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Autonomy; extensive experience working with engineers and machinists with little supervision.
• Physical demands: ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls involving breakdowns to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance with a focus on safety.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Skills

Electrical troubleshooting

Mechanical troubleshooting

Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving

Ability to read hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical prints

Excellent communication skills

Experience in shop math

Education

Two-year degree in Mechatronics preferred or five years relevant experience
