Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue Associate Degree or Certification in Mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA throughout the program.
• Willingness to complete coursework outside regular work schedule.
• Enjoy troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and repairing production equipment under supervision.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• Assist with repairs to utility systems and facility equipment.
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Assist with tooling changes, machine setups, and equipment adjustments.
• Participate in equipment inspections and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
• Develop technical knowledge through classroom instruction and hands-on training.
• Attend apprenticeship curriculum sponsored by TOPPAN Packaging Americas.
