Qualifications

• Must be a current high school student.
• You are at least 16 years old when joining the team.
• You can work a flexible schedule around school requirements.
• You can work up to 20 hours per week.
• Able to stand and perform physical activities; lift as required.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in a real manufacturing environment.
• Work with the Technical Engineering team at the Morristown facility.
• Learn manufacturing safety rules and quality standards.
• Participate in 5S and other continuous improvement activities.
• Support tasks assigned by the Technical Engineering team.
