Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an instructor for the Food Industry Technology (FIT) program. You will deliver hands-on, student-centered training across classrooms, labs, and partner facilities to prepare students for careers in food processing and related manufacturing.

You will mentor students, develop curriculum, collaborate with industry partners, and ensure safety and compliance in all settings. Travel to partner facilities may be required, with a focus on practical outcome and continuous

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent industry experience.
• Hands-on electrical, mechanical or mechatronics experience in food processing/manufacturing.
• Teaching/training experience preferred; ability to engage diverse learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction in classrooms and labs using hands-on projects.
• Foster safe, inclusive learning environments and adapt to learning styles.
• Mentor students through advisement, tutoring, and skills improvement.
• Develop curriculum, learning aids, and assessments.
