Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mechatronics or a related engineering field.
• Hands-on hardware construction, installation, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with sensors, electronics, data collection, and basic data analysis.
• Proficiency with Python or other scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware using CAD tools.
• Construct, install, test, and maintain mechatronics and hardware systems.
• Work with electronics, sensors, and data-sampling systems.
• Support EMG devices and in-lab hardware used for data collection.
• Perform hardware debugging, troubleshooting, and testing.
• Collect and perform basic analysis of data from hardware and sensors.
• Use Python or other scripting languages for light data analysis and automation.
• Identify technical issues and independently develop solutions.
• Provide hands-on in-lab technical support.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.
• Take initiative and proactively resolve hardware and technical challenges.
