Job summary

Arrow International is seeking a Mechatronics Engineer to support manufacturing, automation, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement across our production operations.

This role will work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and Automation teams to support equipment performance, improve processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and help implement practical solutions on the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical or related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing, automation, or maintenance environments.
• Exposure to mechanical/electrical systems, sensors, motors, robotics, PLCs, or automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support troubleshooting and improvement efforts on manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
• Assist with mechanical, electrical, and controls issues on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support equipment reliability, uptime, safety, and process improvements.
• Assist with automation projects involving sensors, conveyors, motors, and robotics.
• Document equipment issues, changes, and procedures; help with installation and ramp-up.
