We are seeking entry-level candidates to join our team of engineers and scientists working on advanced inspection tools for the semiconductor industry. Candidates should be hands-on, highly motivated, team-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. A solid knowledge of controls and mechatronics is required. Preferred candidates will also have knowledge in precision machine design, vibrations, dynamics, and manufacturing processes.

Primary responsibilities include designing and developing ultra-precision motion stages, including translating and rotary motion components, sensors, servos, and actuators. Additionally, you will integrate control systems for these precision stages, focusing on dynamics, controls, bandwidth, and stability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree with 0 years of related experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience.
• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Base Pay Range: $85,900 - $146,000. KLA offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including performance incentives, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, tuition reimbursement, career development opportunities, wellness benefits, paid time off, and family leave. Interns are eligible for some benefits. Pay ranges are role, level, and location-dependent, and actual compensation will consider experience, skills, and education.
