Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree or higher in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Three (3) years of industry work experience in the subject area.
• Teaching: No prior teaching experience is required (onboarding provided).
• Technical proficiency includes industry experience in basic electricity, robotics, PLCs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for courses at a variety of times and locations.
• Demonstrate commitment to student engagement and instructional excellence.
• Maintain office hours and communicate with students.
• Prepare syllabi and assessments according to college guidelines.
• Utilize diverse instructional methods and resources.
• Advise students in academic matters.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program objectives.
• Maintain professional relationships with faculty and administration.
• Submit required reports and participate in professional development.
