Mechatronic Maintenance Technician II - 2nd Shift

Join GXO Logistics as a Mechatronic Maintenance Technician II - 2nd Shift and be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of supply chain technology.

About the Role

As a Mechatronic Maintenance Technician II, you will maintain advanced manufacturing equipment, utilizing mechanical, electrical, computer, and software skills to work with smart technologies like robots and automated systems. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-3:00am

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform operational checks and preventive maintenance on equipment.
2. Repair and replace electrical and mechanical components.
3. Work at heights up to 125 feet, including climbing ladders and entering confined spaces.
4. Lift, push, pull, and operate various equipment safely.
5. Use hand tools, safety gear, and operate mobile equipment as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience maintaining industrial electronic and electrical systems.
• Ability to work at heights and pass Fall Protection Training.
• Flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized equipment.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ISO or AS9100 environments.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.
