Responsibilities

• Operate routine and non-routine skilled trade tasks and repairs on mechanical, electrical and building systems.
• Troubleshoot power outages and repair electrical equipment and wiring.
• Inspect boilers, air handlers, generators, and other related equipment daily.
• Read blueprints, manuals, and building codes.
• Coordinate work with contractors and track progress.
