Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong tool handling with hand and power tools.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems and safety practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Install, set up and maintain production equipment, workstations and fixtures.
• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical hardware from drawings and work instructions.
• Fabricate, modify and repair parts using hand tools and shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including generators and solar installations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Follow shop safety practices, including lockout/tagout and PPE.
• Support engineers on prototype builds.
