Venture Global LNG in Sulphur, LA seeks a qualified Technician, Mechanical to perform safe maintenance on pipeline mechanical systems. The role reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with Pipeline Technicians and Supervisors to ensure uptime and asset integrity in a LNG facility.

Responsibilities include commissioning support, preventive/corrective maintenance, safety hazard assessment, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance mechanical technician experience in Oil & Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical industrial standards and codes (API, ASME).
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Participate in commissioning activities.
• Assist with CMMS build out and maintenance records.
• Perform preventive and corrective mechanical work per procedures and regs.
• Identify hazards and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
• Interpret P&IDs and technical manuals.
• Support startup/shutdown activities and root cause analysis.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Supervise contractor work execution for safety and quality.
