Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to support our manufacturing plants in Maryland. You will perform preventive and repair maintenance, maintain safety and cleanliness, and utilize Maximo CMMS and Modula storeroom systems daily.

Key responsibilities include following the Life Critical Program, upholding IKO values, and training or leading junior technicians while ensuring equipment safety and reliability on the floor.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience with Lock-Out-Tag out procedures and PPE Arc Rated clothing up to 8 cal/cm2.
• 3-5 years' experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably continuous manufacturing).
• Able to walk throughout the plant, climb ladders, twist, and bend routinely.
• Properly assemble, clean, repair, and reassemble complex mechanical devices.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and P&ID's.
• Lift and move up to 75 pounds on a routine basis using proper lifting techniques.

• Understand and practice IKO 7 Life Critical Program.

• Follow all plant rules and be coachable.
• Complete preventive maintenance, repair maintenance and training tasks.
• Maintain a clean work environment in the maintenance shop and production area.
• Use Maximo CMMS and Modula storeroom.
• Demonstrate problem solving to separate the effect of a problem from its cause.
• Lead groups of lower level technicians and apprentices on preventive or repair maintenance.
