Method Flow, a Roeslein & Associates Company, is hiring a Mechanical Technician in Evans, CO to install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment. You will prioritize safety, document service work, and support travel to customer sites with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; 21+ to drive a company truck.
• CDL license is a plus; comfortable pulling a trailer.
• Mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with hands-on tools and assembling parts.
• Experience with multimeters.
• Perform preventive maintenance on air compressors and heater units.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work flexible hours.
• Must adhere to attendance policy and on‑call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines.
• Follow LOTO procedures and safety requirements.
• Safely travel to customer sites and perform required service work.
• Complete accurate service documentation on time.
• Install, test, and verify equipment against specs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Record and report maintenance and testing data.
• Demonstrate time management, professionalism, and on‑call support.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
