Meyer Logistics Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Technician to repair and maintain our truck and trailer fleet. The role offers steady weekday hours and overtime opportunities in a growing, family-owned company where employees are valued as part of the family.

You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and document services in our maintenance software. Requirements include a CDL Class A with no restrictions and either a technical school background or equivalent hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A with no restrictions (Required).
• Technical school is a plus.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain truck and trailer fleet.
• Keep equipment maintained by completing preventive maintenance.
• Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing and repairing defective parts.
• Diagnosis and repair of trucks and trailers; maintain records in maintenance software.

Mechanical Technician Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Repair and maintain truck and trailer fleet.
• Keeps equipment Maintained for use by completing preventive maintenance.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing and repairing defective parts.
• Diagnosis, fix trucks and trailers.
• Maintains vehicle records annotating services and repairs in TMT Maintenance software.

Requirements For Mechanical Technician

• Technical School is a PLUS.
• Valid Commercial Driver License class A, with no restrictions. (Required)
• Must be able to handle simple mathematical calculations.
