Job summary

Inteplast Group is seeking a maintenance associate for our Texas plant. The role requires maintaining equipment, reading blueprints, and following safety procedures to ensure smooth plant operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (vocational training desirable) and at least 1 year of maintenance experience. Strong communication and the ability to work non-standard hours are important for success.

• Troubleshoot equipment such as FMC bag machine, winder, extruder, unwinders, and resin systems.

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To perform all duties assigned, which fall under the maintenance area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational education is desirable.
• Previous maintenance experience required – Min. of 1 years
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
