Actalent is seeking a 2nd Shift Engineering Technician to support product testing activities in a laboratory setting in Waukesha, WI. The role involves equipment setup, wiring, and assembling test fixtures with a strong emphasis on safety and precision.

Shift hours are 1:30 PM–11:00 PM Monday–Thursday and 11:00 AM–3:30 PM Friday, with compensation in the $27–$33/hr range and full onsite work. Benefits are available for eligible employees.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Engineering Technician

Job Description

The 2nd Shift Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting product testing activities. This involves equipment setup, instrumentation, teardown, assembly, and general mechanical and electrical work. This hands‑on role requires strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with wiring and electrical components in a laboratory environment. Second shift hours are from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on Friday.

Responsibilities

• Setup, instrument, and teardown products undergoing testing.

Work Environment

The role is structured in a second shift schedule, which is Monday through Thursday from 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM and Friday from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
