Mechanical Technician

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a mechanical technician, auto mechanic, or avid mechanic.
• Strong aptitude for following detailed assembly instructions.
• Proficiency with both hand and power tools; tool fabrication experience is a plus.
• Capable of lifting/manipulating 40+ pounds multiple times weekly and comfortable navigating equipment.
• Rigorous commitment to safety practices.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and file management systems.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to maintain a tidy work area.
• Positive team player with a continuous learning mindset.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and reliable with punctuality.
• Experience with CNC machining and dimensional measuring equipment is advantageous.
• Must possess U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college education is preferred.

Desired Experience:

• Knowledge of machine controls, including wiring and installing PLCs, motors, transformers, and other components.
• Experience with ladder diagramming is a bonus.
