**Key Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a mechanical technician, auto mechanic, or avid mechanic.
- Strong aptitude for following detailed assembly instructions.
- Proficiency with both hand and power tools; tool fabrication experience is a plus.
- Capable of lifting/manipulating 40+ pounds multiple times weekly and comfortable navigating equipment.
- Rigorous commitment to safety practices.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and file management systems.
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to maintain a tidy work area.
- Positive team player with a continuous learning mindset.
- Independent, detail-oriented, and consistent in reliability and punctuality.
- Experience with CNC machining and dimensional measuring equipment is advantageous.
- Must possess U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college education is preferred.
**Desired Experience:**
- Knowledgeable in machine controls, including wiring and installing PLCs, motors, transformers, and other components.
- Experience with ladder diagramming is a bonus.
