Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking a Mechanical Technician to support maintenance of mechanical production equipment in Devon, PA. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, interpret drawings, and perform minor fabrication and welding as needed.

The role requires reading technical documentation and operating safety-critical maintenance tools, including forklifts and lifts. The position offers hybrid and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; trade school certification is desirable.
• Experience inspecting, maintaining and repairing industrial mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and maintenance documentation.
• Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, piping and general maintenance practices.
• Experience operating machine tools and maintenance-related equipment safely.
• Ability to operate forklifts, aerial scissor lifts and boom lifts.

Responsibilities

Mechanical Technician

The role:
