Raven Defense is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and integration of complex mechanical and electro-mechanical systems. This role involves working with precision-machined components, enclosures, brackets, and structural assemblies for defense and aerospace applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Requires 30% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and integration of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Conduct mechanical system testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure functionality and performance.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to perform assembly and modifications.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional travel (up to 25%) may be required for field testing, system integration, and project support.

Security & Clearance Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Must meet minimum eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
