Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking a production-oriented employee in a non-exempt role. Base pay starts at $16.50 per hour and responsibilities include executing productivity goals within the department, reading blueprints, and following safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on skills with tools, ability to read project instructions, and manual dexterity for outdoor manufacturing environments. Strong adherence to procedures and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Training in vocational schools, or related on-the-job experience.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Familiar with different size bolts/nuts.
• Able to work efficiently without supervision.
• Able to read and understand instructions.
• Working knowledge of basic math skills.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of the productivity of the department.
• Ensure the overall efficacy of the department and assist the supervisor with day-to-day operation.
• Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards
• Review project instructions and blueprints
• Installs wire throughout the shelter
• Installs waveguides
• Completes all grounding and bonding operations
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Additional duties as assigned
