R.J. Corman Railroad Company seeks a Mechanical Supervisor to join our team in Mill Creek, OK. The role focuses on safe and efficient management of mechanical operations, overseeing daily activities, and supervising crews.

Responsibilities include locomotive inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, and potential freight car repair. Some travel to other locations is required. Comfortable with required PPE and operating CMV is expected.

Qualificações

• Mechanical experience required.
• Knowledge of power and hydraulic tools.
• Electrical experience preferred.
• Experience in rail car repair preferred.
• Welding and Oxygen/acetylene torching experience a plus.
• Medical Card holders a plus!

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience

• Mechanical experience required.
• Knowledge of power and hydraulic tools.
• Electrical experience preferred.

• Medical Card holders a plus!

Physical Requirements

• Requires constant standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and balancing in a safe manner.
• Requires frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Able to frequently lift and carry equipment weighing up to 30lbs.
• Able to push and pull with 100lbs of force, the force required to push/pull hand brakes.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.

Environmental Conditions

• Must be able to perform specified duties outside in all weather conditions.
