Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in a similar facility/industry with construction tech and methods.
• 1+ years’ experience supervising craft employees.
• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Advanced understanding of construction scheduling and cost control.
• Ability to supervise large groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication; proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises work activities; determines construction methods, safety, manpower, materials and schedule.
• Oversees precision of rotating and static equipment and coordinates with crafts and other departments.
• Maintains liaison with safety, engineering, estimating and planning to ensure compliance with policies and schedules.
• Supports estimates and proposal development; conducts field safety audits and accident investigations as required.
• Maintains communication with HR to resolve manpower requisitions and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Ensures compliance with project safety programs and documents corrective actions.
